Jack Rabbit Gave us a tow for a member on April 01 2017, we performed the tow and tried to run the credit card for the service and was denied for $175.  pensckola florida Florida

We tried to contact them regarding this and phone is no longer working, called member for additional information and she said she went thru AARP/Alstate, called the alstate number 1800 869 7997 and she told us she could not give us any information, but said we did not perform this tow and that was it. Po 1035567439 was the order number that we have... please help

We where called to perform a towing service for a car in Chelmsford mass going to Methuen Mass, 98 Ford windstar members name is Constatine, Jack Rabbit called us and gave us a credit card and the po# 1035567439, credit card did not go thru, we tried to call this number they gave us 18663419606 not good, the amount agreed was $175 for the service.. Constatine told us she called Allstate for the service 18008697997 and gave them our po, the woman said that we didnt do this call and she couldnoit tell us anymore information..we did this call on April 01 2017, i know because i am the owner and i performed this tow... Please help  Ron
