The Worst Property Management Company we have ever dealt with. My husband retired from the Military and we put a deposit on a rental through the internet made sure it was a National Company May 2016 .(We have done this in the past) We moved to Jacksonville,Fl June 2016 and the house had not been cleaned and the carpets were soaked.(we have over 200 pics)The smell in the house was the worst smell you could imagine from dog to reptile to bird.(We are furry parents). We went to sign the lease and addressed this issue and was Verbally told it would be All be taken care of.I guess they decided not to because we signed the Lease. Not to mention the video of the house had a dishwasher and side by side refrigerator. Was not there.(In my opinion that is false advertisement) My husband retired as a Officer in the United States Military, should have been the Happiest and Smoothest move .No one should have to go through what we have with this property management company .
Angie's List gives them an "F" And the BBB has removed them.
$35.00 charge to pay them w/ a credit card.

Current new homeowner. No one answers calls. No one returns voicemail. Customer service line does not work. Scam artists. Look at EVERY review on-line. No idea how they're in business.

Bottom line, Read the Real Google reviews you'll find under their name here:

Just some clarification may be of use to the public when considering reviews.
A Property Management Company owes a duty ONLY to the Owner by law. Often times it is confused that just because a Management company acts as an owners collection agency or repair company the renter thinks the Management Company somehow can make decisions that they can't (by contract) or give away money that is not theirs.
Because a Property Management company markets a property it should not be assumed that they made the property market ready or it will be at some expected standard. For our company, which manages thousands of properties, the owner only hires us to make the property market ready a third of the time. Often times it is the owner that prepares the home and makes repairs. Its common for owners to not allow a management company to make repairs and purchase a home warranty company to provide service.
Most management companies can't make decisions for things over $200-500 without owner direction. Often times the answers owners give is no. Often they hired a management company so the management company is the one to say no.
Obviously this person does not understand who pays the fees on a credit card. When the merchant, like us, charges a convenience fee for paying by a credit card, that money does not go to us it goes to Visa or Mastercard. Hopefully this helps with understanding the relationships involved in Property Management!
Unless the landlord is also the owner....... the public should know a renter is the customer of the owner not the management company.
