Hi, Jacob Taylor here.

THIS IS ALL FAKE. I APOLOGIZE TO JACOB. I AM NO LONGER FRIENDS WITH THAT WOMAN AT MGH. SHE LIED TO ME ABOUT ALL OF THIS AND THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS.

I met this guy at The Boston Living Center back in January 2010 while he was having lunch and I recognized him from the MGH clinic. We started talking about the issue at MGH then he told me that he was part of the lawsuit and dropped out.

Then I remember just days ago reading the article in Bay Windows were he alleged that his doctor's admin was sending him harassing emails. I dont want to mention her name but her and I are VERY VERY close friends as a patient and outside the clinic as well.

This woman is a caring person who would never ever say anything like that to a patient. He showed the copy of her email and I just laughed at him and told him he probably made it up. I then and went and told her about it and she said " I would never do that to anyone. I do not use my email account except for hospital business. (Jacob) has been trouble since he started coming to this clinic. He constantly calls ME all the time. He pages his doctor 24/7 and has a habit of just showing up at the clinic at 9AM to lurk around and see what is going on and waits by the elevators at 4PM when I go home". She said this to me in an email. I am also friends with the billing manager who supposedly lost the billing tickets on the train. She did NOT! Jacob has a way of making news outlets believe his tragic stories and I am ashamed at Bay Windows for even publishing such stories about MGH. They know the stories are not true, yet the freedom of the press is about creating media-hype.

I feel really bad for the admin and the billing manager. There is NO LAWSUIT out there and I wish someone would arrest Jacob for all of his dirty deeds and get him put away.

I spread the word all over the Boston Living Center about Jacob and I had a friend trick him into staying over Jacobs place. This site took his information off the site, well here it is AGAIN. Keep it on here, someone please do something about him. He NEEDS to get off people's backs. He is a constant stalker at MGH ID clinic and even my nurse and the other people in "the back" office cringe when he comes in. He must have it in with the hospital as they seem to do nothing about him.

MGH obviously will take any severe mental ill patient but he is beyond mentally ill.

I feel so sorry for the clinic and they way the have put up with him.

Any Medical Records information is private and confidential under HIPAA and property of the hospital until retention is up and the records are destroyed

I hope that the poster is caught, the Nurse is fired and her license revoked and both sued for violating this individuals rights

I have never heard of this website before until I saw the article on Friday in Bay Windows, Boston's gay and l*****n newspaper. I have to say before I signed up on this site I can not believe the horrid tabloid like stories people can actually post on here. I am not a fan of this site already but I guess freedom of speech is one of our main rights in the USA.

I had remembered the story last March in the same paper about the six dozen people who's billing records were lost on the red line of the MBTA. Being an activist in the Gay community in Boston I was shocked that such a major hospital in our city could make such a mistake especially people living with HIV. How did a major hospital let an employee take home billing information in paper form? Then to just leave the papers sitting on a seat on a very busy rush hour train for hundreds of people to see? I do not get it. A few of my friends who were not a victim of that "breach" but got care at MGH left the hospital in fear of their information getting out to the public.

Now this guy "Jacob" is being accused of harassing the staff in the HIV clinic? I had to read the original article from last year and this one to get the facts together before I wrote on here. First I think this guy should have stayed in the lawsuit. From the sounds of the latest article it sounds like to me that he is being harassed and stalked by hospital staff. I am still baffled that his doctor's administrative assistant sent him an email accusing him of still wanting to sue the hospital after he dropped out of it.

I think something in their internal operations has to be investigated. The posting on here claims that "Jacob" is stalking this person at their home, at work and calling her day and night??? If that were the case why has this guy not been arrested? Why is he still getting treatment at this hospital? From reading the posting on here and then the article in Bay Windows it sounds to me that MGH has it out for this man. What did he do wrong? If he did not harass, stalk or make any threats to this administrative assistant why post something so horrible about him? Is it not bad enough that his billing information with his HIV+ status was lost on a subway system?

I am not a detective but if you put all the pieces together it sounds to me that MGH is making this man's life miserable to make him to leave (which I think he should). I mean the guy dropped out of lawsuit, give him a break.

Now it looks like there could be another lawsuit.............against this administrative assistant and the person who posted all of his information.

Well I see that post #5 must be ripoffreport.com's own staff or someone who did not see what I posted. The site owner retracted the information after I submitted my posting. It was all there in plain sight for everyone.

How did the other people who posted see his information as well? People need to read and comprehend before jumping to anyone's defense.

I am glad that ripoffrepeort.com retracted his information but who knows who may have printed the posting before it was retracted to use this information against him. Ripoffreport.com made a mistake and they took care of it.

Just remember all of his information was still visible to the human eye and to people who can print. Whomever is behind post #5 sounds like someone who is upset that the information was retracted. Maybe you are the original poster? Maybe you are the person at MGH who is out to get this poor guy? When people say little childish remarks it must mean their is a guilty brain behind it.

I still pray and hope that this guy gets excellent medical treatment elsewhere, sues whatever he can get out of the original posting and that the people who posted about him get fired and face some pretty hefty fines.

Hello. I am very, very upset about reading about this poor man. I did a check on level 3 sex offenders, which by law is public information and this guy is not a sex offender and if you do some background checks that you can subscribe too, which I have a membership for, I checked out this guy and he has no criminal record and has lived at the same address for 5 years.

Plus, the kicker is that the TERMS OF SERVICE of this website is that no one is supposed to put any social security numbers or financial information on the site. The owner of the site is going against his own rules.

1) A medicare number is your social security number with a letter after it.

The poster is in trouble as well as this site.

2) Posting someones MEDICAID number is fraud.

The poster can be charged with medicaid fraud and so can this site.

3) Posting someones utility account numbers?

Who is running this site? The mob?

I used to live in Cambridge, MA and know all about MGH and their internal mafia. They will blacklist anyone who says boo to the wrong person. They will lie for each other and their police department is a bunch of rent a cops with the power to arrest and that is it.

I highly doubt that this man did anything wrong. He dropped out of a lawsuit and the hospital is giving him grief? I think he should jump right on the person and the friend of the friend who posted all of this and SUE, SUE, SUE and then he should seek health care elsewhere. MGH is not the best. I understand this man has HIV and seeking new treatment would be very hard to re-establish.

But I would rather get care elsewhere. Oh! The woman says the guy is stalking her? How come he is still going to MGH? Why was he not arrested for stalking? Why is he still getting treatment if the woman is SO afraid of him.

If I were him I would be in court tomorrow AM filing restraining orders against the people that he thinks are out to get him.

I am also sending MGH a copy of this to their legal department.

I understand that this man has harassed your friend and made her life very difficult, however it is not ethical and possibly not even legal to post some of the information you have posted about him.

Not only does this report make no sense (and I am an employee of a Health Care Corporation) but you just posted private, confidential information about this individual on a PUBLIC website ie: Medicare number, Medical record number

As for the IDIOT who left departmental charge tickets on the subway - Those tickets are HOSPITAL property, contain private information and should have never left the department that they were sent to period
