Jacquielawson.com Also been ripped off by this company chicago, Illinois

I too was ripped off by Jacquie Lawson card services.  I have had a 2 yr membership for more than a year now and for Easter, I sent a card to my sister and clicked on the gift to send her a two year membership.  The website locked up right at the end before I was able to add any info for my sister's membership. 

I left it alone while I was doing something else and 5 minutes later, I came back to my PC and the site was gone.  I thought perhaps it didn't work until the next day when I saw on my bank account that I was charged twice the $18 (total $36).  My sister never received any information on the membership and when I looked at my Jacquie Lawson account, the Easter card was still in pending status.  Even though I was double charged for the membership. 

Thank you ripoffreport.com for suggestions on how to fix this because my e-mails to the company were answered by "form" responses that made no sense whatsoever.  I will go see my bank first thing tomorrow morning and will also call the BBB to report this company.  I will file a fraud report with both companies (my bank and BBB).
