Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
This individual and his sidekick overcharged me for unsatisfactory work at my North Shore, Long Island restaurant, stole provisions from my refridgerators and store rooms, and rang up a large tab at my bar and never paid the tab. When confronted with the tab vs. contactor's bill, his sidekick Eugene Tonissen, also of Huntington, New York, harrassed patrons and had to be escorted off the premises by the Suffolk County Police Department.
James F. Johnston always plays the "victim." Beware of this menace to society. Store owners beware, he is desperate for work to pay off drug and alcohol depts. Stay away from this piece of garbage.

Too funny. Another idiot on the internet. False report must be posted by that idiot, Eugene Tonissen. I can tell by the 2 year old writing capability. From a licensed contractor to a stupid unlicensed contractor, get your permits and insurance. You may also want to get a drivers license while you are at it. Driving that green & red Chevy Blazer may get you into a ton of problems. You better hope I don't see you painting any houses and making a profit. I will call the authorities!

James F. Johnston has been released from the Buffalo Correctional Facility on April 19, 2010 after completeing a 18 month sentence for assaulting his girlfriend, attacking his ex- landlords with a vehicle supplied to him by a family member, driving without a license, fleeing the scene of an accident, failure to pay child support, and numerous DWI violations.
August 20, 2010 Mr. (Dirtbag) Johnston was put back in prison for violation of his parole. His own niece called the police on him.
Why should hard working taxpayers support this piece of garbage so he can live without having to work, pay child support, and take responsibility for his actions? This looser will never be a decent citizen or something worthwhille in society. He will always be a thief, a liar, and a deadbeat dad. He should be put to sleep so the taxpayers of NYS can save some money.

This p***k screwed my wife and I out of 7 months rent, stole money from us, embezzeled money from my wife's business, harrassed our teneants, and attacked us with a motor vehicle. His a*****e girlfriend, Eugene Tonissen,(The big tough guy) also of Huntington, threatened harm to my wife. Both these assholes don't deserve a break. Don't rent to them. Do not hire them for any work. They are bad news.
