James F. Johnston Deadbeat Tenant From Hell Huntington New York

Landlords beware! James F. Johnston, 47 years of age, Height:6' 2",. Mr. Johnston rented a 1 room apartment from us with the agreement that he would maintain 2 of our properties to work off his rent. The work was done unsatisfactory, or never done at all, due to drug and alcohol problems. Thousands of dollars were charged up on a corporate credit card for his personal use, money was embezzled from contractors saleries, and our furniture was stolen from our furnished apartment. It took a year of eviction/civil proceedings, numerous calls to the Suffolk County Police Department, and many lawyer fees to get this deadbeat out of our apartment.

During this process, damage to our property and other tenants were harrassed by this individual. Mr. Johnston is presumed to be homeless and unemployed at this time. This individual survives on stealing, embezzling, and gaining the trust of others for his own personal gain. Any verbal promises of paying back any debts, loans, or lines of credit are null & void. Mr. Johnston has no intention of paying back any depts., loans, or credit. Landlords beware of the deadbeat tenant!
