James Smith Real Estate LIAR LIAR LIAR Provo Utah

Please DO NOT believe anything this man or his company says.I was told by James Smith himself at one of his speaches that he will work with students and even do the financing himself for his students. When I called his company to work with me I was told that James nor anyone in the company as allowed to work with syudents?? This is ILEGAL!!! This is called bait and switch, when you misrepresent a good or service to get the money and then change it after you recieve payment. This is also fraud. I strongly urge anyone who has been duped James Smith or his company to contact the attorney generals office in their sate. They willl go after these people. I was told thst he has rehabed bad areas blocks at a time. When I asked what the locations of these properties were I recived no response. Here is the best part. I have canceled now 4 times. 4!!! And I keep getting the runaround. I as told at first that it was taken care of. Then I called back and was told to call a diffrent company that handles the cancelations. When I called they said, SURPRISE!, they had no idead who I was or why I was calling. They did say they would send me an email with the correct 800# to call and cancel on it. And, SURPRISE!, I recieved no emai and was told to call back to the other 800# to cancel. What kind of a company treats people like this AND If James Smith is SO Rich and successfulll why would he jerk someone around for a measly 3000 if he is so rich and a good person as he claims on stage . He constantly claims to be going to heaven. Using Christianty as a way to get people to believe in you and your company is sickening when you do not do what the bible says like thow shalt not lie or steal. The worst part in my opinion is that this man lies and misrepresents what he and his company does to ripp off people that are trying to improve their lives. Also the Learning Annex should be ashamed of itself for putting these people out there with George Forman and Tony Robbins. The lesson I have for anyone reading this is do not be involved with this company. Anuone who is involved and feels cheated or misled contact your attorney generals office. I know I will.
