We needed to put sod grass down for one of our new investment properties and located grass4sale on the internet. Seemed like a good company. They charged our credit card and never delivered the sod. We did get several e-mails from them about delays. We called their 800 number and waiting over an hour each time never talked to a live person. They also don't answer e-mails. We did get an e-mail from them dated 8 Oct 07 that they refunded our money. As of 9 Nov 07 that has never happened. We did get 2-3 calls from them and each time would say theyt tried to reach us which was a lie as we have voice mail on all our phone numbers. I filed a report with the San Antonio BBB and they are a worthless organization. I did file a complaint with the Texas Attorney Generals Office and his reply was a total lie that the Attorney General's office is re-opening the investigation because of his lie and bogus phone number. I also filed a police report for theft. This company grass4sale.com and James Walker are crooks and you should stay away from them as you will never see your money again. If you have been taken by this individual please contact me as I'm taking what ever actions to put him in jail.

As of this date Grass4sale.com has disconnected their phone and still does not answer any e-mails. James Walker has lied twice now to the Texas Attorney Generals office and surprised he is not in jail. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH GRASS4SALE.COM you will only get ripped off like us and many other people. We got the money credited back to us from our credit card company as they did a fraud investigation.
