I think its cute that jameson has his little schills write information to make him look better. this is the fact of the matter is jameson was KICKED out of more then one real estate company and not allowed to return to another because of his fraudulant real estate practices. he literally took advatange of people who had families and were just hard working individuals. how do i know. Because a friend of mione sued him after jameson screwed him with an investor scheme. I know the lawyer that sued him for a huge chunk of money. Jameson is going to jail for a year in Feb-09 and. Jameson is young and evil he may have a few happy clients but he has many more unhappy clients that "would love to be ina room alone with Him" that is a direct quote. when you look at the real estate market in california and wonder how this happenned call jameson he will be able to give you great detail on how he literally screwed people. Jameson was busted by the federal government for the specific scheme these people are talking about. Done believe him or any one that defends him including his father they are all liars and frauds!

Very Untrue!!!

AUTHOR: Jamesonrodgers - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, February 24, 2009

The truth of the matter is that I have made mistakes.
-I got into business very young and ambitious and sold many homes. I dealt with sellers, families, investors etc. I represented over one hundred and fifty buyers and sellers between 2005 and 2007. Most all of those homes are upside down right now, including mine, and my family's homes and everyone else in the country who bought during that time. I'm unhappy with my purchase and some of my business choices and I'm sure that some of my clients are too.
-This posting also said that I was kicked out of a real estate office:
The truth is that I was a part owner of Keller Williams Realty in Granada Hills and had differences with the majority owner early 2007. The end result was that I sold my ownership position back to the company and opened another office. It was a good thing that I did because less than six months later that office went bankrupt.
-This posting also said that I was arrested by the federal government and that I'm going to jail for a year etc:
The truth is that about a year and half ago I was dealing with the wrong people and got into some trouble. The reason that I got into trouble had nothing to do with real estate or any investments whatsoever. I made a terrible decision to involve myself in something I had no part in and that's it. The federal government was never involved and as you can see because I'm writing this and it's February 24th that I'm not going to jail for one year or anything like that.
-This posting also said that I took advantage of people through some kind of investment scheme:
The truth to that is that when real estate started to slow down I did make some investments with a broker that I was referred to who offered a return on my money. I also referred people to him as a type of middleman to the transaction. I referred a total of eleven of these loans to this broker...six of which went bad. Three of those investors are suing me and everyone involved. I feel very bad for the people that lost money. I personally paid back part of the investor's losses myself because I was a part of their decision to invest at that time. I was there to help everyone make money, not loose money. Unfortunately, some of us lost money; I lost a very substantial sum myself. Even though it is not my responsibility to help these investors through the situation when it went bad...I did everything I could to put money together for them and communicate with them so we could work through this together. I had to come to the understanding myself that no investment is guaranteed. That's why it's and investment...you win some and you loose some. I wish that when I and the other investors looked into these opportunities that we researched it more and maybe we wouldn't have written the check...but we all made that choice.
It's very sad to me to see someone so upset and angry that they take the time to tell very untrue things on the internet instead of just calling me at 818-339-4811 or emailing me at JamesonRodgers@JamesonRodgers.com to discuss how they feel. I look forward to doing good profitable business with honest, hardworking, and trustworthy people.
