Jane And Finch Investment Group ripoff Orland Florida

I am also reporting another issue with this company. I applyed for a loan over the internet and was called by Brian Anderson agent through jane and finch investment group. I was told i was approved for a $5000.00 loan and was sent all papers to sign for this loan. I too had to pay $770.00 to secure this loan which equild to the first 5 month payments. I had to send the money direct to the investor which was Carol Thomson in winnepeg Canada.

I was promised this loan over and over again that this was a forsure deal by Brian Anderson. He even sent me a letter of guarentee stating this loan was approved and i would recieve my money within 24 hours of sending in my security deposit. I stressed to mr. anderson that ive been taken befor over a bad deal and i was scared to do this again which again he re sured me all was legal and he could get in trouble if this was a scam. Well i did not recieve the money and ask why id not recieved it was there was a mix up with my file and that the computers were down. Then i was promised to have the money the next day which again i recieved no money. I called the manager of the company and he gave me a different story saying i had to pay another $500.00 to secure the loan or i could get a refund back which i said yes. He said id get my refund be fed ex the next day and again no money.

Ive found out this company is not from orlando Florida. There is no listing through the phone company and as far as i know this is a canadian based company out of toronto canada. Yes id like to press charges and would be willing to retain a attorney to handle this case.
