the old saying if it sounds too good to be true it is
if it smells like a skunk it is if it looks like a rip off it is i recieved a letter mith one letter wrong in my last name it referenced the De Monaco Heritage Fund & showed a logo having a red background with a crown telling me i was the one person out of 250 that survived the selection process instructing me to send a $25.00 fee to help cover admini- strative costs on the grant confirmation showed Registered:179-721 and on the lower part document reference number 3909092-101604
fortunatly for me Momma did not raise a fool and i do not
easily part with my money
note :have seen similiar requests originating out of Nevada
