Jason Jeter Briggs Law Firm Threatening to sue over non existant Debt Internet

Today July 10,2017 I received 2 emails claiming I owe a United Personal Loans a sum of 1250 dollars from a loan I suppossedly took out with them.The letter came from a Briggs Law Firm from a jason Jeter threatening me with a lawsuit if I didnt send them money immediately.I have never taken out a loan for 1250 dollars from a payday company in my whole 53 years.Matter of fact I have never even used a payday company,ever.The problem is they have my personal Bank information and Social Security number.So I have closed my main bank account and put fraud alerts on my 3 credit bureaus.

I beleive they got my personal information when I applied online for a Car Loan.Go to find out they werent auctual banks but what they call Lead Generrators who get you information and pass it along.Anyone at these companies can easily steal your information.Lesson Learned for me and hope others will learn from my mistake,In the meantime Ive have put out fraud alerts,this so called Lawyer/Company can try and get money from me but the most they will ever get is 25.00 as thats all that is in old account.I have to leave old account open as SSDI takes 6 weeks to change accounts.

This company can threaten all they want,most likely not even a legitimate company..Theyve got me mad and this means war..
