Jason Osboren scammer Committed felony theft and fraud. Stole $1300 from me Joplin Missouri

I signed a lease for a house Friday evening and handed Jason Osborne $1300 for deposit and first months rent. Saturday morning rolls around and I have to wait because his child is sick at children's mercy in K.C. So I go by there at 4pm Saturday evening to find him there. His kid was never sick! What kind of person lies about their disabled child being sick!?! Anyways... I ask if I can come back and start moving in around 8 or 9pm. because according to him he's got a house hes moving in to in Webb city they can stay at. He says No! After saying yes previously to my face. Ok then I'll move in Sunday. Cool. Well come Sunday he's decided to "give me my money back" and not rent it to me bc "my references aren't good.

Ok. Fine. Give me my money back please at this point. I'm not having that twack bag as a landlord. Then he's saying its going to be a minute before I can move in!! Now he's saying I never gave him any money. But I sure do have the receipts he gave me for giving him the money! Are you kidding me!??! I found out this afternoon Jason Osborne doesn't even own the house he had me sign a lease for but went ahead and committed felony fraud and theft. For falsifying a lease and taking money for said lease. I talked to the real owner of the home who filed eviction on Jason Osborne last week. Which is why he needed to steal my money. Hopefully this stops him from scamming anyone else.
