J.B.HUNT Fired because DMV didn't list a violation on driving record, then refuse me of unemployment Lowell Arkansas

I applied for JB Hunt in April of '07, prior to being employed with them I had a violation w/ another company in February '07 which I paid but it was never put on my driving record, coming out of Dallas, TX. on my way to Kansas City, KS to pick up a load I was at a toll booth I was told that I had a K_Pass on my truck but when the express lane gate refuse to open I went on a paid the toll, while waiting for my receipt a trooper asked me to pull to the side of the road and walk back and get my receipt so I wouldn't hold up traffic. after checking my license he told me my license was suspended for the same ticket I got and paid in FEb. I showed the officer my receipt of payment, later after JB HUNT towed the truck I got everything straightened out, soon after my dispatcher JASON WORMKE (the gimp), called me back and told me I had to vacate the truck and they would get me a rental to go home, he said he understood that it wasn't my fault but an oversight on the state of Virginia where my license is from for not updating my DMV repor.

later after filling for unemployment they refused me saying I falseified information on my application, the copy of the application wasn't even the application I filled out on-line under "TruckerJobSeekers".com, on the apllication they sent me for a phone hearing for unemplyment was totally different, the even spelled one of my jobs wrong where I worked for almost two years, how and why would I spell a job wrong that I worked for almost two years.

I listed all traffic violations on the apllication I filled out, one of the violations was replaced w/ a non-violation incident from 2003, I told them they had my driving record how can I falsify information on a apllication when they requested my DMV report
