JC Ehrlich Don't waste your time Groveport Nationwide

 If you need a pest control company that is reliable and competent, do yourself a favor and avoid JC Ehrlich. Here's why: I called JC Ehrlich to set up pest control services at my home. I was given a time window for the technician to arrive (1-5pm). On the scheduled date, the technician never arrived, nor did anyone call. I wasn't satisfied, and there didn't seem to be a real concern from the company about the inconvenience. I told the sales rep (and his manager) to cancel all services initially requested. It was agreed that services would be cancelled. Two days after cancelling, JC Ehrlich charged my credit card after I had told them to cancel and rescinded any authorization they had. I've called the company six times to demand the charges be reversed immediately and was told that I would have to wait 12 days for the refund to be processed. That is unacceptable. The moral of the story is this--I wish I never called JC Ehrlich. They are unreliable and have only created headaches and hassle for me.
