JD BYRDER Bartolini Finance, CNAC, The Finance Company SCAM ARTISTS Mesa Arizona

In 2004 I went with my kids father to get HIM a vehicle, I was a stay at home mother NO INCOME. I was asked while there at JD Byrder can we use you on this application for DRIVERS LICENSE purposes ONLY you will in no way be financially responsible. They needed my license because his was suspended, FRUAD #1. This vehicle was reposesed 9/2005, when they picked up vehicle they called his phone taunting him. VERY PROFESSIONAL. In 2009 I guess I was supposedly served for this debt so a judgement was filed I wasn't given oppertunity to even go before judge as again I WASN'T actually served. In 2013 I contacted Bartolini to express the situtataion, I am a single mother of 4 their dad doesn't see them and he doesn't support them. I explained again the scenerio on how this all played out of course they were sypathetic. I also told them the court says by law they are unable to collect on this debt anymore, and they allowed me to go pick up a copy of "original" aggreement and OF COURSE I was main person on contract. I thought the situtaion was resolved, everything was removed from my credit files. Well we are 2016 and I now find JD Byrder/CNAC being reported on my Experian report claiming I had this vehicle all the way into 2010, Fraud #2 I called corprate they claim the location he got this car went out of business and was franchised, that they are NOT reporting anything on my credit and they no longer even have my file. I contacted The Finance Company which as I now Know is THE SAME COMPANY; Fraud 3, they first said we are not going after you we renewed the judgement in the right parties name. Maybe a week later I called back to see who is responding to my dispute since everyone claims it isn't them, I was then informed we are going after you my supervisor doesn't want to work with you. 

They renewed this judgement and served an address I lived at in 2007 although they were aware from 2013 were I was living. They are also asking for the FULL value of the vehicle in the judgement when by law they aren't allowed to do that. 

THIS PLACE IS A DISGRACE!!!!
