Jean Harris Digital Publishing ripoff. The program doesn't do anything it said it would do. It does nothing! DeLand Florida

The "Net Detective" is a bogus, rip off scam. There is no phone number to contact the company, and, none of the e-mail addys work, either. The program didn't find one unlisted phone number that I entered. I even entered listed phone numbers (just to check this, to see if it was bogus) and sure enough.....it said the search couldn't find the person that owned the LISTED phone number. I figured it out, real fast, that this was a lot of BS.
They sent me a page that I had to print out, then, fill out. They stated that they would give me a refund if I sent all this (4 pages) of print out, back to them, explaining WHY I didn't like their "Net Detective". They even had the nerve to ask if I would consider buying any of their other products? I told them "NO WAy"!!!
