On April 9 I was doing some more research on a company by the name of InterMoversWorld, Ltd. since they are the shipper involved in a transaction my son got involved with through a "Cycle Locator".
To my shock, I read the report from a victim from Aruba detailing the exact same situation he is in that my son is in. The company name is the same but the seller's name is different. It was like reading a story that my son had written. Same details: seller moved to U.K., just got married, wanted money for a dream honeymoon for his wife.
After red flags started to go up with me after the seller refused to respond to any of my sons emails after he got his first payment of $1550 I tried to convince my son not to send him anymore money. He (my son) was given a tracking number and that's where the moving company comes into play. They emailed my son saying the bike was in the U.S., in North Caroling, but they needed the second payment of $1550 before they would release the bike.
Being the trusting kind of guy my son is, he sent them the money via Moneygram as instructed to an agent of the company in the U.K. After my son would receive the bike; to be delivered to our home, upon inspection, if he was not satisfied with said bike, the company would pick it up and his money would be refunded.
Not only did he not get the bike, but the shipping company emailed my son saying that he now had to pay a customs tax fee of $950. This amount he did not send!
At this point my son filed a report with the internet fraud division of the F.B.I.
To date he has not heard another word from either the seller, Mr. Toledo, or the shipping company, InterMoversWorld, or any of their agents.
I just felt that I had to file a report with you after reading the story of the Aruba victim. Thank you for taking the time to read my story.

IT HAPPENED TO ME TOO!
AUTHOR: Lyndsie723 - (U.S.A.)

Hi Jean, my name is Lyndsie and i wanted you to know that the same thing happened to me only not with a motorcycle, with a car. Same guidlines of the story only not for honeymoon or newlywed. Same name, also used name "John Doset" I lost $3500 and am desperately trying to get it back as i am a student and needed that money for a car. What are you doing to get your money back? I reported to www.ic3.gov but without much luck, SD FBi said they can't help recover lost funds due to fraud, i'm beginning to wonder whose business it is to help those of us! If we can team up maybe we will have more success. Let me know-Lyndsie
