Jeff Astgen and Marlon Ma fraudulantly removed an award winning hollywood authors name from his authored and registered movie treatment. Jeff Astgen and Marlon Ma then conspired to mislead a reputable script writer to sign a contract with them to write a movie script based on the treatment.  Here is how the two acted. Astgen purposely removed the original writer's name from the pages of an adobe acrobat protected document and Marlon Ma emailed the fraudulant document to a reputable new writer who then contracted with them to write a movie script. The two then shopped this contract and treatment for financing in China. This fraudulant activity has caused the new writer to unknowingly be part of Astgen and Ma's deceptive scam.  The original Producers who introduced the original treatment to Ma and Astgen were promptly kicked to the curb by Marlon Ma after the new writer's contract and funding commitments were obtained.  Be aware of Astgen and Ma's deceptions.  Beware of Astgen who has past lawsuits involving accusations of fraud and Ma who is based in Communist China.
