Jeff Cowan's Pro Talk Not the organization I would trust Rancho Santa Margarita California

I spent a few months working for Jeff, and in a profanity-laced tirade, he fired me because I was late to a conference call for a client of mine because I was on the phone talking to ANOTHER client.  He said that I don't listen which is a complete fallacy.  He claims that he gave instruction to a coworker to for me to call him.  I didn't get notified til a couple of hours later, and I called him immediately, and he didn't answer the phone.

The issue is; I was an independent contractor.  Jeff wants all of the benefits of controlling everything, without the legal responsibility of paying taxes, etc..

I had multiple deals in the pipeline.  Some which contracts were signed and I was to get paid on the back end when revisits were performed.  I even booked a two-day private workshop with Jeff and he commended me on getting that business.  I had a multi-unit virtual training deal which JEFF was constantly dropping the ball on, and many other deals in the pipeline.  

Upon my unjust termination, he placed an ad for new salespeople, and in his ad he stated that "Women are usually the best candidates".  I found that interesting, since it's a PHONE SALES position.

Jeff may know what he's doing in the field, but he's a narcissist to work for, and appears to have little in the way of planning for future growth of his company.
