I hired Jeff Hampton in July 2015 for a family violence case, He was paid over the phone,on the spot 1500.00 as a retainer. This case is a misdemeanor unless you have had a prior and that was the case. I was arrested again and waited a month for Hampton to get a bond, I STAYED IN JAIL A MONTH waiting on him to get a 10 k bond. Hampton did the same thing again, did not show up for court- a warrant was issued- again I paid another 10k bond- Hampton kept telling me that the DA was hell-bent on a Felony case. The short story is - after 18 months of hell with this con manI finally got another atty. in less than a week in was dropped to the lowest misdemeanor that is - NO FINE - DONE- I also asked Hampton for my legal file to go after all the con artist in this case -

As of today, I still do NOT have my legal file- He is slick, sends me a bunch of my on emails CERTIFIED and tells the BBB he has a receipt- FRAUD- I am pursuing a lawsuit/litigation against Hampton, Emily Rivera, the alleged victim, CON, thief-and 4 others that assisted in stealing my cars when this happened, The biggest CON was Robert L Guenther, Rivera and Guenther sent Emails and text to Hampton, He never told me- Hampton also tried to manipulate the AVVO rating, it did not work, my review is still there.
