Jeff Hutton is by the far the worse person I have ever come across in the crypto space. He claims to be "the face" of the miners with another person in Guatemale. They utilize three attorneys IOLTA/COLTAF accounts. One attorney in Florida, one in Colorado, & one in California. He provided a Letter of Attestation from the attorney in Florida for up to 1,000,000 bitcoin but the attorney in Colorado provided a letter confirming only 85,000 bitcoin.

They claim once the funds hit either attorney's account the funds must leave and go to the miners account, which is OUTSIDE of THE US, before the ycan send hthe coin to the seller. The attorneys do not have anymore than a $1,000,000 Errors and Ommissions Insurance policy for the respective account(s).

Jeff and his cohorts cannot prove they have ever done a deal nor is there anyone willing to come forward in the space to confirm they have ever done a deal with any of them. He is pitching various deals outside the one he claims is his, but is simply just another broker. He has a $10,000,000 non-performance penaltuy within their paperwork, but they cannot prove they have the funds in the event they do not perform. The "miners" refuse to issue a CIS and Jeff's CIS is a joke.

If you come across this man or any deal wit han IOLTA or COLTAF account..run far away from them. They are a joke and act like they know all about the sapce, yet know very little. They just intend to tke your money out of the country and you will never see it. I am not sure if it is intentional on Jeff's part but I sure hope he is not this naive.

They refuse to use a reputable law firm or escrow company to confirm a legitimate deal. They do have a private guy "issuing Satoshi" for them but this guy is in no manner affiliated wit hthe actual seller, if there is one. It is a Satoshi only wallet just to get paople to move forward or charge for the Satoshi.
