If this scumbag (JEFF LUCAS) or POWERHOUSE RETAIL SERVICES contacts you for sign installation or any other reason, be warned!!

We were contacted by JEFF LUCAS to install UNIROYAL sign faces locally (because it was outside of his normal work area). It all looked legit, except he was a sub-contrator looking for a sucker to do the "out of state" work.

We received a POWERHOUSE retail services work order for $820.00 and we performed the installation, took completion photos and had the customer sign a "Dualite sales & service" customer acceptance form.

Dualite is a well established and well respected national sign manufacturer and I'm certain that they paid JEFF LUCAS. The b*****d then ignored our invoice and we are in the process of trying to collect. It's been 5 months!

Hopefully this will prevent someone else from making the mistake of doing business with JEFF LUCAS dba POWERHOUSE RETAIL SERVICES maybe in time, he'll lose everything and end up homeless like he deserves!

P.S. I spoke with a representitive of Dualite and they now longer do business with POWERHOUSE RETAIL SERVICES...hmmm...wonder why?
