JEFF RANDOL

I worked for Jeff Randol at Consumer Education Outreach from February of 2014 until June of 2014. During the course of my tenure I earned commissions and bonuses which were never paid. I was also eligible for profit sharing which he never paid. Jeff acts like some god fearing Christian – his image is important to him – but he rarely “walks the talk”, in my experience the guy is a con artist.

When he wrongfully discharged me, I decided to hire a private investigator through my attorney. While I can’t discuss the specifics of my case, I do feel an obligation to share a little of what I uncovered. If you search his name on this site (or google) you will see dozens of reports on him going back ten years and spanning several companies; all of which he has bankrupt and walked away from.

Here are some facts about Jeff Randol:

Jeff Randol at Consumer Education Outreach filed for personal bankruptcy in August of 2013. US Bankruptcy Court Case Number 1317811ABC; discharged August 22^nd 2013. He made no attempt to pay back any of his creditors and then purchased a half million dollar ranch in Windsor.

Jeff was twice convicted of felonies;

Boulder County Case Number; 2004CR3709 – Felony Theft - $500 - $15,000

Weld County Case Number; 2000M913 - Improper Use Of Another's Driver's License, Providing Alcohol to a Minor

It is deeply concerning that someone who steals identity credentials and provides alcohol to minors has private consumer data at his disposal; it’s really alarming when you see a theft of up to $15,000 dollars on his record.

Jeff Randol regularly uses illegal and unethical business practices; many of which violate TCPA laws. The solar campaigns he runs under the name Green Energy Association are highly illegal as he uses “Press 1” tactics to generate solar leads. He even had call center representatives call back our DNC numbers and consumers on the national DNC list.

The weekly meetings Jeff Randol required us to attend with the Christian life coach from his church over our lunch breaks violated labor laws. The life coach basically told us we were worthless without god in our lives and it created a hostile work environment.

As a consumer I would be very worried if Jeff at Consumer Education Outreach had any of my personal information. He regularly sells lists of consumer information to anyone who is willing to pay him so he can re-monetize his data.

Consumers beware - Jeff Randol is convicted felon who has access to all your personal information.
