 If you are wanting to purchase a Doberman of quality health standards I would NOT recommend buying a Doberman from Jeff Swank aka Swank Dobermans. Mr. Swank claims both his sire and dam are in good quality health and have both been OFA health tested for Hips, Knees, Eyes, Cardio and VWD clear, but will not provide buyers with copies of proof of health testing. Jeff Swank and Swank Dobermans sell puppies online via puppyfind.com. Jeff Swank states online that every puppy purchased from him will come with a veterinarian exam, health certificate, and pedigree. These are fraudulent promises made to potential buyers associated with Jeff Swank and Swank Dobermans. If you buy a puppy via online from Swank Dobermans you will not receive none of the above proper veterinarian documentations.

I purchased a puppy from Jeff Swank aka Swank Dobermans located in Stockton Missouri. Upon my puppy purchase all I received was my akc registration form and a shot record administered by Mr. Swank himself. I did not receive a copy of proof stating my puppy had a veterinarian exam, I did not receive a state-issued health certificate from a licensed veterinarian in the state of Missouri stating my puppy was examined and in good health. A licensed K9 ground shipper is not allowed to travel across state lines with animals without the proper vaccines and a state issued health certificate from the state the puppy is traveling from. I tried to contact Mr. Swank and reason with him on this fraudulent situation and asked him to provide me with proof of health testing that was completed on the sire and dam of my puppy. At that time he claimed both the sire and dam are in good health, and both OFA heath tested, but when I asked for proof of health testing all communication completely stopped. Mr. Swank at Swank Dobermans is nothing but a glorified puppy mill selling poor quality bred Dobermans with fraudulent promises of health documentations being provided upon purchase. Mr. Swank only offers a 1 year health guarantee knowing that most hereditary life-threatening diseases and life crippling diseases start to show signs after the first year of life.

Please do not buy a Doberman from Jeff Swank at Swank Dobermans unless he is able to provide you with proof of proper health testing established with the dam and sire you are wanting to purchase a puppy from. Also as stated on his online platforms used to sell puppies, all puppies will come with a veterinarian exam, health certificate. Do not purchase a puppy via in person or online without proof of those documentations. When I confronted Mr. Swank about not receiving the proper heath certificate and proof of veterinarian exam, his response was in no way related to my complaint. Mr. Swank responded by calling me a breeder and insuating I wanted full registration and breeding rights. I in no way ever mentioned anything to Mr. Swank about my registration or wanting anything to do with breeding rights. I know I purchased a "pet only" puppy with limited AKC registration. All I have ever requested was the proper proof of health testing he stated was aquired on the dam and sire of my puppy and proof of my puppy's veterinarian exam and state issued health certificate from a licensed veterinarian. I will include the email response in which I received from Mr. Swank which in no regards had anything to do with what I requested.
