I owned a restaurant for 5 years and sold it. The man who bought it was leasing all the equipment from me. The man went out of business shortly after. In the meantime the landlord of the strip mall went bankrupt.
Jefferson Bank took over the property and locked me out of the restaurant without letting me retrieve my belongings.
My bank still has lien's on all of my equipment and wants there money. I do not have the equipment to sell. Jefferson bank is trying to steal my stuff. I am a small business owner and now I have a debt with a bank.
This stuff does NOT belong to Jefferson bank. Because Jefferson Bank has done such bad business they are now stuck with a strip mall without any tenant.
If I retrieve my belongings they will not have a restaurant to sell.
This is thievery!!!!!
I have spent $7000.00 on lawyer fee because the law said its a civil matter.
They are thieves and they are trying to get away with it.
Steve Bynum the Sr. Vice President the one in charge of this matter was a customer of ours for 5 years. He certainly did not have any problems with getting oral sex in the back parking lot from our waitresses.
I guess he just misses his afternoon delight and wants to reopen the bar as quickly as possible.
