Jeffrey Alec Collins Con Artist, Scam Artist, Scammer, Stole Money, Liar San Diego, California

Mr. Jeffrey Collins seemed to be an honest man from the start, but DO NOT let him fool you!! As a general contractor in San Diego whom I worked relatively close with for 2 months, we did small fundraising projects to raise money for what I thought was a public company he vouched he was putting together and was not. He raised $5000 from myself and my friends for a shell company that does not exist, I loaned this man a $1000 business loan a year ago, $3500 in personal loans this year, a $1000 investment into a shell company that does not exist, $900 in business resources, and $1900 in credit services never rendered. He worked remotely with, Andrew Yurasek, who also scammed me out of $1000 and has a reputation here on Ripoff Report.
He has upset my friends and family on un-rendered credit services and the lack of a shell company for their $1000 investments. If he has a personal issue with you, he refuses to be a professional and repay what his obligations are. Once this man refunds my monies and my friends and family theirs, I will take this report down and we can go our separate ways. Until then, he's nothing but a cheat scam artist kicking the bucket down the road in repaying people as long as he can. He's hurt about a dozen households between my family, friends, and myself. There are others who have invested with him and had their friends and family invest without a return.
DO NOT contribute to this man's "investments" as that is what he calls the hole in his pocket!!
