I bought a dress for $110 plus shipping and discovered small rips in the material.  I am a 62 year old woman, don't drink, don't smoke.  Contacted JEN''S PIRATE BOOTY, CALABASES, CA thinking this was a store but as Ali of  JEN''S PIRATE BOOTY, CALABASES, CA the final email shows. - she is a home internet make believe company.  I only buy from companies to make sure that if I have a problem they will aid me in returning the damaged product. I would never buy from just an internet company - that's like buying from EBAY.

JEN'S PIRATE BOOTY has no customer service just delay and delay When I sent the item back to JEN'S PIRATE BOOTY CALABASES, for return as Ali requested,  I did so, paying my own UPS.  Here are the first and last Emails I received before she decided to ignore me in the hope I would just sit around and cry over the $110 she ripped me off with.

I Andrea yes thanks i know what I wrote. The fact is the condition that we received this dress in indicates damage that doesn' t look like the usual defects, that I have seen. As I mentioned earlier, I did just receive this on Friday so I don't know where these 10 days are? Honestly I am going to replace this due to the fact that as I mentioned earlier we do want for you to be happy, but in my opinion, this is not a defect, and was damaged due to wear, and that was my initial concern from our very first email.
