I am an aspiring model in New York. I paid Jerris in advance through paypal to do a photo shoot that he held off and kept rescheduling for weeks. We finally did the shoot which was very unprofessional and in someone's run down apartment and I was promised 6 high res edits for my port, but I never received any photo's at all. Jerris sent me a link to view the raw images and said if I wanted any of the photo's I would have to order them. I've tried contacting Jerris for 7 months now and he will not return my phone calls or refund my $595. Jerris took advantage of me because i am aspiring and he only caters to professionals so please BEWARE, I don't want this to happen to anyone else. If their are any lawyers out there reading this please contact me so I can sue his dumb a**, I have every email from beginning to end of what happened which is copied below:

I writing this email to address an issue that I saw online. I'm very shocked to find a rip off report on my about your shoot. Where did this come from? My number hasn't changed or my email.
The last time we talked verbally, I sent you the link to view your entire shoot and asked you to the me the 6 images you wanted from the shoot. I asked for the numbers at the 'bottom' of the image because they matched my numbers. Once I received the numbers, I would send your the high res and told you that I wanted you to select your images so you can learn how to select images so you can gain experience in the future. Also, stated that once you select them, I would let you know if they were portfolio ready and if the one's you selected weren't good, then I would help you see the vision.
When I didn't hear from your, I assumed you got busy. I work with tons of models who don't get numbers back to me within a timely matter after a shoot. This is normal and I don't make a big deal about it.
75% percent of the models I work with ARE NOT professional. I'm one of the FEW photographers that accept bookings from inexperienced models. While I shoot, I give you pointers and advise to prepare you for your next shoot. Most photographs tell models they suck and belittle them. I NEVER do this.
When you talked to me about your tattoos, I was honest with you and told you most agencies and clients don't like tattoos but I would work around it.
I pride myself with empowering everyone I work with no matter there experience. What you speak of is totally false. I gave you a lot of pointers on set because I believed in you as a MODEL and never made you feel other wise. Yes, you could have done better but I did some of the best work in your book to-date.
I'm so lost for words because we did an amazing shoot and talked at least once a week and this happened.
