Jesse Foote, Dylon Addvensky Eric Karlewicz also goes by Anthony Will attempt to steal your company Fairfiled Connecticut

These indviduals led by Jesse Foote offered to invest in our company. We thought this would be a great way to grow the business!

Sadly, about a wek ago we uncovered this was to good to be trues. In reality they are trying to take over our business. They have redirected recivables, took over the CRM, contacted vendors, and opened a competing office.

Here is the scam..

1. They offer to infuse cash into the business
2. At the last minute the promised maount drops to half of what is needed
3. They off one fothe partner to help out in operations
4. We train them about the business. As partners, you trust them with everything
5. As soon as they think they know it all, they "take over" by contacting the vendors and telling them to redirect money to their accounts. keep in mind the contracts are NOT in their name, meaning this is a diversion of funds
6. Then the good cop bad cop plays start. One partner approaches mention the FBI is being called as they feel the company has ripped off the investors and demand to lok at books and have a complete list of all company contacts.
7. In reality they calls these contacts, so they can open a competing office, and now they do not have to pay you!
8. They then claim they do not want to be in this business, but in the office is open, your lead providers are working with them, your inbound callsa re redirected, and they attempt to take the recievables.
9. They then offer to let you out of the arrangement by just taking over the company, and you are left with nothing.

Sadly we fell victim to this scam, tried offer a way out, and they instead are still pushing to take over the company. This will be sadly a costyle legal battle. Please take note and do not work with these guys. We have employeeses still not paid due to this. Very costly mistake we made.
