On December 1st, 2012 I ordered a jetson bike online after seeing a segment on the Oprah show about the electric scooter. The Jetson website advertises that delivery would be in 3-5 business days. I personally called the company and was told it would take no more than 5 business days to deliver. The delivery charge was $200.00. After two weeks of waiting I called and also E-maile the company and was told because of the season things were a bit slow but I was assured I would receive my bike around the 20th of December. Around the 20th I still had not received the bike so I contacted the customer service number. I was told that they forgot to put the bike on the truck and I would not receive the bike for Xmas. I purchased the bike as a Xmas present so this was disturbing to me. I had ordered it well in advance and was promised delivery. The customer service rep was very apologetic and told me they would rebate the shipping charge to me and they would have the bike delivered prior to the New Year. He also offered to send me a special cover for the bike. I told him to go ahead and ship the bike. I did not receive the bike until 2 Jan 2013. I never received my $200 shipping rebate. Also they never sent a bike cover as promised. Since that time I have called Jetson Bike on at least four occasions. All I get is a voicemail and they do not return phone calls. This company has poor customer service and anyone considering purchasing a Jetson Bike should be aware of this. There are also issues with the bike itself however I will explain that in a seperate report. Beware of Jetson Bike. They do not deliver what they advertise. Beware Beware
