jewcier They are post fake profiles to lure people in. They are fake and fraudlent. Miami Beach Florida

 I posted a free profile on the website and search around first before breaking down and joining. I had a few messages from some people that I may even consider remotely attractive or be interested in.

In May, I decided to join. Mind you, because I was a free member I could not read messages from people until I paid and joined. After I joined, I contacted these supposed members and I sent them a message and I received no response. Kind of strange right? Not only that,but it was all the same messages. "Wanna chat?"

I contacted customer service about this and when I questioned the website about the suspcious circumstances,they said "Oh! you should upgrade in order for them to contact you."  Really? I just joined and you are telling me to upgrade so these random, supposed people would contact me? I think not! What a bunch of you know what?!!! I was appalled and annoyed. I then asked for a refund and they denied me.

Consequently,I even went on a free site and saw that one of the profile pictures that they are using is on this free site and I know for a fact that this person did not contact me on Jewcier let alone the free site.

It is a fraud to be using fake profiles and to lie to lure people in. This company knows what they did is wrong and need to be stopped!! 

In addition,I contacted my bank for a reversal of charges and I am fuming made that this company is allowed to get away with fraud!

I just logged onto the site to tell customer service what I think of them and I looked at my profile that is supposed to be deleted and the same people who originally contacted me are no longer available for viewing and now it is a new group of profiles. Sounds a little fishy!!!
