I bid on and won 6 necklaces from JEWELRYBYEZRA on Ebay. They were described as 5 strand necklaces. The shipping directions said that you could combine items won in a 14 day period. So I waited until I won the 6 items. Then when I went to combine the items to pay for them, I was directed to the AuctionRiot website. I could not combine the items to pay for them together, which would save on shipping and handling. After emailing them several times and getting back a generic email, I tried again to combine the items.

Only 2 items were combined and shipped. I did not want to pay for the shipping and handling again, so I did not try again with the remaining 4 necklaces. Then when I received the necklaces, they were 3 strand and not 5 strand necklaces, with only one jewelry pouch instead of one for each necklace. I tried to contact JEWELRYBYEZRA to find out what had happened and again received the generic email. I notified Ebay of my problem and they gave me the address and phone number to contact JEWELRYBYEZRA. After getting no response, I finally left a negative comment on Ebay.

Well this got someone's attention because I received a phone call from the AuctionRiot people (EMH Group, LLC). I explained by problem and the man was like "so this has been taken care of?" I told him no and that I was so upset by the treatment I had received from JEWELRYBYEZRA that I would not do anymore business with them and that I was not going to pay for the remaining 4 necklaces since what I already received wasn't what I won or paid for. He sort of apologized for the problem and I thought I was done with JEWELRYBYEZRA. Then I get on Ebay and have an unpaid dispute against me by JEWELRYBYEZRA. I couldn't believe it!
