They lied claiming to from microsoft services and frame me for i was looking up some information on my computer when all of a sudden this alert comes on about if i shut the computer off it would damage the mircosoft system. They said call this number 888-854-1757 for service and they took an hour to run through my computer and told me not to call anyone but them for service, not even micrsoft.
They charge me $204 for the service; everyone ive talked to was from overseas with an india accent. They printed out a sheet with several numbers on it for contact with a so call customer ID number.
The payment was for three years for $199 plus $3.99 and they tried to get me to comment to a five year plan for $499 which refuse after talking to someone they inform me it was a SCAM.

I am Francine the Scammer Slayer and I investgate scams, Please go to IC3.Gov and file a report and make sure to give all the info that
you have like the email this recipt came from etc. Any online scams please report to the IC3.Gov
They do this to alot of people but you must remember and learn from your mistake NO ONE will ever call you from Microsoft, Apple, IRS,
Social Security asking for your private information or money. And also they are calling pretending to be the USA Grants Dept saying you are to
recieve thousands of dollars but you must pay money to recieve it. You know the Government just don't give you money.
And if you get a pop up on your Computer telling you to call the number or your computer will shut down etc...please DON'T CALL ITS A SCAM !
just shut down your computer right away and the pop up will go away. There is nothing wrong with your computer.
