Jim Ross Real Estate, Foreclosure World, Jordan Publishing Charged my account $297 on same day items returned... will not answer phones or answer messages left to refund my account Norwalk Connecticut

I ordered 30 Day Trial review of the Forclosue World information and was charged $8.95 on 3/17/2008. I tried contacting number on shipping label to notify them I was returning product and did not want my account charged the $297 fee for the substandard product.

The number was for Kinkos. They handle all shipping and receiving of the materials for this rip-off artist. They had no contact information to give me for finding this Jordan Publishing Company - the company named that they did shipping for. Called Information and there was no listing in the entire state of CT for Jordan Publishing.

Found 800 number on my bank statement from original $8.95 charge record. Called at all hours morning, mid-day and evening....always get same recording of business hours.....asks for individual extensions - of course anything you enter is invalid. I pressed 0 for the operator and get a recording they will be with you shortly.....after half hour or more still no answer. Pressed 2 and left message in General Mail Box requesting they contact me regarding my refund and the fact product had been returned..........

They never called back. I want to stop these rip-off artists from scamming others.
