I spoke with Jim Sakalis about his lease purchase program called, " Can't We All Just Get A Loan". Mr. Sakalis then told me how this program worked. I was told that a $995.00 fee was needed to get started in the program, and that it would cover the retainer fee and a termite letter fee which is bogus. Mr. Sakalis also informed me that he had a so-called, "Pool of Investors" that were able to purchase homes. Once I paid the $995.00, Jim told me that a licensed agent would then contact me to get started in my search for a home. To no avail Jim Sakalis still has not lived up to programs slogan, can't we all just get a loan. I have not been placed in a home, nor received my money back from this SCUMBAG!! Jim Sakalis is a SCAM and runs his business on false hopes!! He has changed his website, he is now offering a lease purchase program with a $700.00 retainer fee. I sure hope no one else has been suckered into this scam like myself. Situations such as this has to be stopped and it will.

On Novemeber 20th 2009. Jim Sakalis Broker License with the GREC was revoked. There are law suits pending against this person and he has fled the state of Georgia and moved to Michigan.
The GREC is investigating this guy as he has taken other persons earnest money.
No slander here just facts with la link to back up the GREC reports on this persons Broker license being revoked and also Sanctions that were brought against him.
