JIM WHITEHOUSE THEFT OF MY EQUIPMENT I HIRED JIM WHITEHOUSE TO FIX ATLANTA Georgia

I hired this scumbag Jim Whithouse from Thumbtack.com to do a simple job which was to fix a portable genarator back in May 2017. He said he could do the job so we met and i gave him the equipment so he could take it to his shop to fix it. It is now August,2017 and i still havent gotten my equipment back. I have tried to contact this guy to get him paid so i could get my equipment back and in return i get alot of sarcastic responces and run arounds. At the moment i am trying to see what thumbtack is going to do but at this point i dont even want the equipment back because hes probably using it for his purpose or he has sold it. They can just cut me a check for the generator he didnt return and the generator i had to buy to replace the one he wont return. He cost me money with these action he took for whatever reason. I remember when we were suppose to meet him back in may 2017 so i could pay him for his work and i could go about my way and he stop answering my calls. I called and called and called then i called from a different number then he answered. I knew then i was about to have problems. So i am looking to sue Jim Whitehouse and Thumbtack if we cant resolve this problem in the next few days.
