JJsHouse JJsHouse is Dishonest, Negligent and Scams Consumers...BEWARE. SuZhou China

I have never experienced such incompetence and lack of customer service ever, from any company, until I dealt with JJsHouse.  I have ordered clothing and many types of different merchandise by mail.  This has been the first such extreme situation of dishonesty and negligence causing me great aggravation and frustration.  I ordered one dress which turned into a nightmare.  I normally wear a size 12.  When ordering this dress, I ordered one size larger following specifications of JJsHouse.  I ordered a size 14 and when the dress arrived it  seemed to be at least two sizes too small.  I contacted JJsHouse by email within 24 hours trying to follow their return policies.  I requested a "Product Return Form" so I could return the dress to the company.  This began an ongoing series of emails of their lies and deceit.  I received an email informing me that I could not return the dress because it was custom made for only me and that I should take it to a tailor and have it altered or sell the dress on ebay if I did not want it.  What???   This was not at all a custom tailored dress.  I could not alter the dress it was too small and why should I have to sell it on ebay?  The dress was not custom made, due to the fact that I was not there to have the dress personally custom tailored.  I went back and forth with this company with 5 different people, 3 claiming to be managers, unlikely.  There was no customer relation communication or any concern for my satisfaction.   They would not refund my money.  They stole my money.  They were negligent in that they did not send me the garment that I ordered in my size according to their specifications.  They are selling merchandise to many American consumers and making money on every transaction.  This needs to stop.  Their company should not be allowed to have any dealings in the US.   They are doing this and getting away with it.  Consumers of the US need to be aware of their dishonesty and fraudulent company tactics.  They need to be barred from dealing in the US!
