The Company Corporation I found this company when I was ready to start a new business. I wanted to create an LLC> They put the wrong address for the LLc (used the credit card address not the correct address I had given them. When the mail came with the invoice for their demand for payment as they put themself as registered agent and then charged me for it. I never was told they were going to be the agent or there was a charge for it. When I called they wanted me to pay them to remove them as the agent and I would still owe them the money. Now I have to contact the state to fix all the problems and they still want to be paid. Never use them unless you like trouble.
I found this company on line. I wanted to create an LLC. The company put the wrong address and made their company the regestered agent and then began chargeing me for the service when I never agreed to name them as my agent. They never asked me if I wanted to chose an agent. I am new to createing an LLC so I depended on them to help me. They helped themselves as now they are billing me monthly for them being my regestered agent.

I filed this report and it was about Legal Zoom not J K Gallery. I filled out the form wrong. I was using legal zoom to create my LLC. They made themselves the regestered agent without asking me and then charged me a monthly fee. I was juxt starting out and did not have much money. Now that I filed this wrong my JK Gallery has a rip off report on it. Please remove it as I made the mistake. thank you so much for your help with this matter.
