JK HARRIS & CO ripoff run around for five years never did what was promised North Charleston South Carolina

I payed jkharris company $5000 dollars during the year of 1999 and was told that they could get me a settlement of pennies on a dollar on $58.000 dollars. That was drag on for over five years because the first three years they kept change the person that was handleing my case and I had to keep sending the same information over and over again due to the fact that neither person was up to date on the case. They even file to over incompromise that was never really ptofessionaly perpared, and was told in 2005 that clarence comb would complete my case in which it was never done.

I received letters form the irs twice and sent the information that I was ask for. Four months ahead and they never response to the irs. So I call after to see what was going on and was told that a different case worker was working on my case. Was never notified of this until I call them, and fax information to the new case worker to response to the irs she never did it. Next thing I know my employer payroll department call me to let me know that the irs had sent a levy to garnishe my pay check.

After call the case worker I had to sent the same information that was sent to her six months ago in order to do a financial report to sent to the ir. Aand the only thing that was done was they told the irs what I told they that I could try to pay 500 dollrs per pay check in order to keep my job from haveing to garnished 85% of my pay checks.

Now I owe the irs more than when I payed jk harris the bill is $6100.000 dollar now after the irs have garnished our income tax for the past five years that have add up to over $25.000 thousand dollars the case worker told me in order to get the penalty and interest remove I would have to get with the corparate office and pay so they could work on this because my contract was just for a offer and that is not what I was told when they took my money it was to resolve the irs problem in my favor.
