My Lexus LS460 ran through water and as a result engine would not run. Called JM Lexus to have car fixed at their facility. Once car was completed and paid for by the insurance in the amount of $20,000.00, JM Lexus informed me that there was additional damage to my vehicle. Damage was on the rim and tire of my vehicle. This report was given to me when repair was completed and I was told to pick up the vehicle. JM Lexus then put the blame on the towing company and said they where not responsible for the damage when the car was brought into their shop. There is no proof that the towing company caused the damage and AAA denied claim that was presented to them by JM Lexus, but JM Lexus didn’t inform me until after they repaired the engine on my car. Now JM Lexus is basically saying “TUFF LUCK”! Car went into the shop for motor repair and came out with tire and rim damage.
