918/982/2433 is not jnl number. I screwed up filling report and placed my number there. I ordered some Dallas cowboys shoes for my husband and found out 5 days later this was a scam. I called our bank and told them what happened and they put the $239 back in my checking account, canceled my debit card and sent a new one to me. If u was ripped off too notifiy bank or credit card company. Calling 918 982 2433 won't help u. All I can do is tell u the same thing I'm posting. Please call bank or credit card Company. 

Hi, I just wanted to add my experience so far.  I received a confirmation email of my order (which also contained a name (lanette stephens jstephens@apparelandbeyond.com)and have replied to that email with an update status request, but haven't received a response.  I saw their site was under construction, but now that has gone.  They're still on Twitter, but have an automated response saying "Thanks for the follow.  Please "like" our Facebook page."

I did call the 888 phone number listed above and left a message.  

I contacted my credit card company and they said there was a "hit" for the amount of the purchase, but that it had not yet been charged.  They indicated this was what a "legit" company would do and that normally the card isn't charged until it has been shipped.  Since the company indicated it could take between 4-6 weeks (I ordered them on Dec. 1), I'm giving them a little more time.  The credit card company has a notation so they're on alert for any possible fraud, in which case I will just close that card and get a new number.  

Hoping this bodes well for us, and all here involved.  

I just wanted to say I thought the same about jnl apparel because I ordered shoes on Nov 4 and when I tried checking the website it was gone. I called 888 204 8767 all I received was voice mail but on a good note I did receive my denver broncos nike shocks today so I'll say just be patient my shoes arrived 20 mins ago..

Same thing has happened to me. I have called the local police department at 903 654 4900. They will put you through to a police officer I have one working with me now.

I am having the same issue however I oredered my sneakers for my husband (Philadelphia Eagles) on NOVEMBER 6th!  I was able to send a Facebook message two weeks ago and spoke to a live person last week at the tool free number and was told that the sneakers had not come in from Nike to be customozed.  You can never get through to the tool free number, no one returns calls or my emails and no both the website and facebook are shut down!  I left a message and reponded to my email that if they do not communicate to me ASAP I will place a complaint through the BBB.   Worse $214 dollar decision I ever made!

I also am awaiting a package from JNL apparel. I also went to the website to find that it was not available. I just got off the phone with my bank and they provided me with a phone number. 1888-204-8767. When I called it prompted me to leave a message, which I did. I hope (for your sake and mine) that everything works out.
