This company claims to be honest and the address based in the USA. I ordered a controlled substance medication for my dog. They never contacted my vet or asked any questions about my dog when I ordered. My package arrived USPS with a Customs Declairation sticker on it valued at L1.50 GBP. I paid $157.98 USD. BIG difference in price value. They offer a 30 day return, all at their discretion. That is honest?? They say that you need a RMA to return products. I have called the 877 number and yes, I waited on hold for 2 hours waiting for them to "answer my call in the order it was received". Then I called the 517 number that was also listed on the website. As requested by the voicemail I left my name and number and they never returned my call. I have emmailed them several times over the 5 confirmation emails they have sent me. I have heard NOTHING from this business.
I filed a dispute with my credit card company and they insist I return the product. I cannot return the product unless I send it back to Edinburgh, UK without an RMA, correct insurance and signature required so I know that they actually received it. This company will not correspond with me. I won't chance paying to send it back and the company says I will still have to pay $9.95 "shipping" fee and 20% restocking fee IF it arrives there. Or they lie and say they never got it and I will lose even more money on a product I do not want.
This company IS NOT HONEST or a USA company.

No matter what I do these rip off morons will not remove my name from their SPAM email list. They have now changed their name to MAAK Enterprises. Same emails, different name inserted. This is what businesses do when they are not reputable in the first place. BUYER BEWARE!
