This guy promised me $10 million dollars in listings within one year. I signed up 6 months ago and nothing! I asked what the status of cold calling prospects to list homes and no updates, no responses to my emails, phone calls etc. As you can see his previous businesses this guy is a rip off artist! Look up his name, this guy is a piece of s**t..
He gladly took my $6000 and in return- I got scammed. What I found strange was he was so anxious to collect the money upfront in exchange to cold call local neighborhoods to introduce my realty service and arrange listing appointments for me to go on. Ironically, his last famous words "This is the best investment you'll make! " Ha. What a joke!
Here is a flyer that he spams all Realtors nationwide so if you are considering using this a*****e, please step away from the formidable con artist. Google his name is his reputation will tell all. I should've trusted my instincts that this was too good of a marketing system to be true!
