Joe Nuzzolo is a scam artist who sold me an illegal "Dali" sculpture. He promised me all sorts of things about how much money I would make and how exclusive this sculpture is. He gave me all sorts of stories about how the sculpture was being made by artisans in Katmandu, Nepal. After he received my money, he stopped returning my calls.
I did some research on Mr. Nuzzolo and he is NOT as purported on his website an authority on Salvador Dali. That is complete lies. I spoke with several major auction houses and they wouldn't accept his Dali sculpture because it was an illegal Dali sculpture. I also did not find the sculpture in the Dali sculpture book by Robert Descharnes.
Beware of this con artist. He will scam you and tell you lies.

My advice to anyone who is collecting art is to KNOW WHO THE ARTIST IS BEFORE YOU BUY ANYTHING THAT IS PURPORTED TO BE PAINTED OR SCULPTED BY HIM OR HER!
SALVADORE DALI was a Spanish artist. I refer you to "wikipedia" where you will learn a lot about him. Pay particuliar attention to what is said about his LATER works!
But which Dali is not specified.
The only other Dali I can think of is the Dalai Lama who leads a religious movement in Tibet and I was unaware he was an artist or a sculptor.Nepal may even be close to Tibet for all I know.
HOW LONG AGO DID YOU PAY THIS MAN FOR THIS DALI WORK AND ARE YOU SURE THAT SALVADORE DALI WAS THE PURPORTED ARTIST BECAUSE SALVADORE DALI, THE SPANISH SURREALIST ARTIST HAS BEEN DEAD SINCE January 23, 1989. You can look it up for yourself!
Salvadore Dali was born AND DIED in the town of Figueres, in the Empord region, close to the French border in Catalonia, Spain.
I think he worked mainly in Europe although I think he came to the USA a few times.
You need to know this information!

The report in question is a lie. I am William Roberts of Worthington Ohio. I did not file report # 386059. Indeed, until advised by Mr Nuzzolo of this report a half hour or so ago, I had never heard of this service.
I have purchased numerous pieces of art from Mr Nuzzolo over at least 15 years with never the slightest problem of any kind. I fact I wrote a testimonial for him a few years ago which may be posted on his website. I have purchased at least a half dozen sculptures from Mr Nuzzolo including the sculpture alluded to in the false report which appears on you website. I subsequently traded that sculpture back to Mr Nuzzolo in exchange for other art with no problem whatsoever.
I strongly resent someone to usurped my identity and then using it to attack Mr. Nuzzolo. The only thing that is worse than an anonymous false accusation is false accusation made under a stolen identity.
