This is with regard to the time frame before Joe and Giovanna opened Capri Restaurant and during the beginnings of it's operation in Boca.  The seemingly nice Rovito's rented a house that I owned in Boca.  They owed months and months of rent and always excuses.  Finally put a lawyer on it.  They eventually left, but owed many thousands in unpaid rent.  Of course, never got anything.  I am writing this in hopes that other people can be warned not to deal with these people.  Original poster is correct.  Others please don't take a chance with these people.

Can't believe they strike again...but I knew they were in Florida.  They work the system about every 2 years and move to a ritzy area, scam people etc and start all over.  What is sad they include the kids, so the kids will grow up to be a SCAMMER as well or CON.  I am a firm believer in "KARMA", one day they will get what they deserve.  I will tell my attorney this, they are wanted here from various people, judgements, liens etc.

The person who orginaly filed the Rip Off Report was correct! They just pulled the same scam in Palm Beach. Joe and Giovanni blew out of Boca Raton with a car that does not belong to them. Left behind a town house full of furniture and belongings.  Unpaid rents and leases for 2 failed businesses.  As a matter of fact the new BMW they were driving has the name BILL on the license plate!

I have worked for these peoplle for years. Just by reading these lies i know who this is. Listen i have a famly and kids and you wrote letters to the city of warrenville begging them not to give capri there beer a wine liscens. You use to bring groups of people into there resturant and not tip, they whould comp your whole bill, so i know your the scam artist you sent them a huge bill for doing nothing. Lady before you start trying to close resturants down remember they have employees who all have familys, as far as im concerned why should you get paid for doing nothing. your the scam.

Everyone googles everyone so what is your point!!!!!!! I do know the Joe and his wife the nicest people don't have anything bad to say if they so owe you money as you claim then what did YOU DO? Cause that is the only thing I can think of, and don't say nothing, maybe you offered them bad service and tried to scam them.They are not stupid and they have never been on the run so please, cause they don't owe anyone money and how do I know, cause they spent over 7,000 a month on food and never once had a problem. You really need to get a life cause there is nothing you can say. Capri is family owned for 25yrs and Joe is the original founder so what does that tell you. Nobody cares what you have to say I'm writing this cause it was a good laugh. The ones who know them know who they really are so stop spinning your wheels and get over it. Joe and Giovanna if you read this cant wait for your grand-opening J.P

Are you sure you know who your friends are?  They must have not ripped you off you yet, or shall I say they suckered you into there phony stories.  WOW!  Are you that naive?  They did end up in a bad deal, they are the bad deal.  I would have taken everything else also if I had the chance.  They owe alot of people money.  Always on the run.  By the way, you talking to the wrong person - I am not from Pierce Equipment.  Just another person who they duped and owe me money.  You have a lot of nerve to rebuttal when you don't the whole story, there are two sides to every story.  You must think they are worthless as well if you searched there names on this site, you cannot tell me you stumble upon this.  Why don't you mind your own business. 

Wow, you talk like you know about them! Well I know Giovanna and Joe and they are not what you are claiming (phony ect..) A customer of for many years Warrenville Capri and The Beef Joint they ended up with a bad deal. You are the company from Pierce Equipment and that had gone into Capri in Warrenville and was only suppost to take out a cooler and tables/chairs. You went into the Beef Joint and took everything else, Sure you have criminal charge you STOLED so please what ever you are upset about is all on you!! Blame yourself!!  FYI everyone tries to keep up with the Jones's.
