I have a problem With Building and Zoning In Miami Florida Regarding my warehouse. John Barr is a Fireman full time with Miami-Dade County and a partime plans-processor at Building and Zoning also in MIami Florida. I approached John Barr and explained to him my problem, he assured me that he could help, He has been doing this for 37 years and he knows everybody ower there in Building and Zoning and if anybody can do it he can do it, those were his exact words.
How much I asked? Depends how tough the problem becomes. But $500 would be enough to start. I gave John Barr $500 cash on May 11th 2011 and have not heard from him since. I'm calling him 10 times a day but he is not answering the phone or returning my messages. I still have a problem with Miami-Dade Building and Zoning and I'm out of $500. I think John Bar is a liar and a low life, taking advantage of people when they are down and out.
