I bought a 2007 Dodge truck it was only one year old. I had a signed contract that clearly states "sold with manufacturers warranty"within first 2 months I had oil all over my driveway took it in to be repaired and I was told restrictions were put on warranty and did not have any warranty at all. I have also found out after much research that engine had already been replaced twice and now truck sits at a dealership needing another new engine at the cost of 18,175.00. I have no warranty to cover repairs John Easttom refuses to pay. They sold me a lemon that had many many repairs other then 2 new engines and I was never told but instead was given a clean Carfax report from company at the time of sale. I have now had this truck for one year and have only been able to drive it at the most three months of the time I have had it, the rest of the time it has been in the shop being repaired. All of this information was available to the dealership at the time of sale and they were fully aware of having no warranty. I kept trying to purchase extended warranty at the time of sale but they would never get back to me on that because obviously they knew they could not, being that it had no original warranty. In my opinion they are fraudulent with their business practices and blatantly lied to me, were deceitful and have absoutely no integrity. Rory Robertson who is the general manager is the person I have done all my transactions with and in my opinion should be prosecuted for a criminal offense. I could not have imagined a worse situation if I tried to. I have had to continue to make monthly payments on a truck that I can not even drive and at the moment is at a dealership needing a new engine that I certainly shouldn't have to pay for!!!!
