These are some huge allegations... People that are in negative situations like to take it out on people that are successful and according to "them" should not be. To say John Ghandour is a convicted felon and Joaquin Monjaraz a convicted rapist, show proof. All that is public record throughout all Counties. Simple, done deal... I've been doing business w/ both these gentleman for over 3 years now and not once have I seen either of these gentleman display "convicted felon mantality".

I used to work with John and mg mortgage and will tell anyone this, I have not met a person that did not love john or his family. His ethics are second to none. he is honest, trustwothy and runs an incredible business that takes care of their customers and agents. when i found out about this i knew what it was. I can garantee you that every word of this was made up by people that are jealous .I also have nick and ryan . and honestly they would be nowere without john. Nick is a young kid that used to follow john around like a pet. Instead of trying to make him look bad guys, you should be thanking him. i cant beliece this website will allow anyone to say anything they want without checking it out!

I read the the allegations against John Ghandour and have done business with several entites named, specifically Temecula Jewelry Mart, All Day Smog and Tune and Westcott Financial, not knowing they were related and all treated in a very professional manner.

In reading the complaint it appears the writer was not ripped off in any way and doesn't even state he was ripped off. He appears to be venting and is only a disgruntled employee and wants to distroy legitimate businesses around him.

If "John" of Temecula was ripped off how was he ripped off?

The businesses I dealt with and people there are not "wanted felons" as I checked police records and Mr. Monjaraz is not a rapist he was very professional and have done business with him for years.

Temecula Jewelry Mart, All Day Smog and Tune and Westcott Financial are legitimate and trustworthy businesses. I would recommend and do recommend All Day Smog and Tune to all my friends and business aquaintences as they are the few in my area that have integrity and are truly an honest business which is rare.

It makes me sick to know that this will remain on this web site with all of its false and malicious lies.

They swore retaliation and this how they did it. We here at Westcott have always held an open book policy and any interested party is welcome to inquire as to any aspect of our operations. For the Record: We released Ryan Case for attempted fraud and Ryan Lee for drug abuse.
