Wildnet Technologies believes in ethical work practices with very high level of customer satisfaction over a very long tenure.

We checked entire client’s database but could not find any client with the name of John Hen. Can you please share your client code in order to check details.

While taking any assignment, we as a process  share the Escalation Matrix along with the contact details, for any complaints to our Customer Grievance Cell to maintain transparency in business. Also we do not bind client in a minimum fixed term commitment contract but rather all our SEO client has an option to review our performance report each month and stop paying if they are not happy with the campaign performance any month. Also we clearly tell to our customers in the beginning as well that SEO is a little long-term process and most of our clients understand that.

Also would appreciate if you can share the complaint and  complaint reference assigned to you by our Customer Grievance Cell so that I can go through the correspondence for an offhand understanding of the issue.
